These Terms and Conditions (the "Terms") contain important information about your legal rights, remedies, and obligations between you ("you" or "User") and JOIST Single Member SA ("JOIST", "us", or the "we"), for your use of TechWatch application.
Please read all our terms carefully as you are agreeing not to violate any of the conditions outlined herein. In case, you have any questions, please contact our management team at community@joistpark.eu.
Users: Refers to people who interact with the web application. No registration or account creation is required to access or utilize the platform's features.
Trends & Good Practices: Provides industry-specific trends and good practices around digital transformation and innovation, helping users stay informed about emerging opportunities and strategies.
Cases (Suggested Solutions): Presents proposed solutions or case studies tailored to address challenges faced by the User in a specific industry, aiming to inspire and guide users in implementing innovative strategies.
Competitor Analysis: Delivers insights into competitors' activities, focusing on their innovation strategies and digital transformation initiatives, helping users gain a competitive edge by understanding market dynamics and identifying opportunities for growth.
We, JOIST Single Member SA, aim to provide a web application, which will operate digitally and will motivate and support its Users to show them trends, good practices, cases and competition analysis around digital transformation & innovation. The TechWatch scheme will operate digitally, via its dedicated web application.
JOIST SA shall also be known in these Terms as "we", "our", "us" or "JOIST Single Member SA". References to "Management" in these Terms refer to the personnel that manages the services provided by JOIST.
References to "Services" in these Terms refer to your access and use of our web application. The information offered through the web application is available after your interaction with TechWatch.
The Services, that TechWatch provides, refer to specific information that offers through the user's interaction with the web application. The User will be able to see the information that would like to see based on their selection.
To deliver high-quality insights, TechWatch leverages advanced data analysis capabilities powered by OpenAI integrations. These integrations assist in processing data and generating tailored recommendations, ensuring Users receive accurate, up-to-date, and relevant information.
TechWatch does not require registration or login credentials. Users interact with the platform by providing non-personal data to generate tailored insights.
JOIST Single Member SA grants to its authorized users a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access the TechWatch Platform.
Users retain rights to the data they input. JOIST has the right to use aggregated, anonymized data for generating insights and improving services.
Unauthorized use of the platform, including hacking, overloading servers, or unauthorized access, is strictly prohibited. Violations may result in termination of access.
TechWatch is provided free of charge. No payments are required from Users.
Users are expected to interact with the Services responsibly. Disruptive, offensive, or harmful behaviour may result in termination of access.
You must not use the platform for unlawful purposes or activities that may harm JOIST, other users, or third parties.
Testimonials and endorsements shared on the platform reflect individual user experiences and opinions. JOIST does not verify the accuracy of testimonials and does not claim they represent typical results.
Users are prohibited from duplicating or misusing JOIST trademarks, logos, or any other intellectual property without prior written consent.
We comply with the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Greek Law n. 4624/2019 regarding the protection of natural persons and the processing of data. The data collected through TechWatch are the following: Company's Name, Company's Domain, Industry, Departmental challenges, and needed technologies are used solely for generating tailored insights and recommendations for Users.
The platform integrates OpenAI-powered tools to analyze the provided data and generate insights. While processing this data, JOIST ensures it is handled securely and in compliance with applicable data protection regulations. Users can rest assured that their data will not be used for unauthorized purposes or shared with third parties without explicit consent.

JOIST reserves the right to amend these Terms for significant reasons, including changes in legal requirements, market conditions, or service offerings.
Amendments will be communicated to Users at least one month before taking effect. Users may object to changes in writing or via email within this period.
